Yes, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking # once you order is being prepped for shipment- please make sure to provide us with the proper email to communicate this to you.

If you unfortunately receive a faulty item or an unlikely event you receive a wrong order, please send it back to us within 1-2days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full replacement on the same day we receive the item, including delivery charge for sending back, delivery charge for Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.
